Welcome to the Land-gut-Hotel Felsentor in Palatinate Forest!
The Hotel "Zum Felsentor” in Hauenstein was built and opened in 1933 by Elisabeth and Julius Seibel. Daughter Margot and husband Karl Heinz Kramer took charge of the Hotel in Hauenstein in 1976, after years of studying in Switzerland. The Land-gut-Hotel Felsentor has been for 75 years and for three generations a family property. Since then, the house was remodelled in stages and expanded to include the conference rooms. In 2002 the “main old building” was finally completely renovated and supplemented by 11 rooms. At the same time their son Steffen came back to the family business after studying and after several years of work experience. Today the Hotel in Hauenstein presents itself with a new look inside and outside.

Here in Hauensteni the Palatine seems to present itself differently. The mildest climate of Germany and our experience promises pure relaxation at our Hotel in Hauenstein. Use our hotel as starting point for excursions into this idyllic paradise, between various castles, bizarre red-brownish sandstones, enchanting forests, juicy meadows and clear streams.
