Welcome to the Land-gut-Hotel (country hotel) „Weisser Schwan“ in the Berlin area!

We might not be able to stand out from competition with golden faucets, but we offer the rare feeling of being at home away from home. The Swabian host with his Dutch partner and their team  will make sure of this.

Our comfortable hotel is conveniently situated at the B96, a short walk away from the city centre and the train station “Zossen”. In our exciting life full of turbulence, noise and haste you are still aloud to expect pleasant surprises: great views, untouched, lush nature, friendly people and tranquillity as seldom to be experienced. The Hotel and Restaurant “Weisser Schwan” is located in Zossen, in the middle of “Teltow Flaeming”, surrounded by rich fishing waters, forests and fields, magnificent lakes and by the “Nottekanal”( Notte canal) and yet just outside the gates of the cosmopolitan city of Berlin. A large beer garden bordered by the “Nottekanal” (Notte canal) is located behind the house. Our beautiful property is neighboured by the municipal park of Zossen.

A house with tradition- once a hotel, cinema, concert garden and Social House, with over a hundred years old history – today a comfortable, friendly and Mediterranean style hole with a young, competent and open-minded team.
